We Are Thankful to Our Residents, Families, Staff, and Essential Health Service Providers

The Community is adhering to the CDC guidelines and taking a preventative approach to easing visitations. For everyone’s safety, Visitors are required to wash & sanitize hands, have screening process, wear mask and maintain social distancing throughout their visit.


  1. The residents will be served the Thanksgiving Luncheon at the Community Dining on Thursday November 28th, 2020 starting at 11:30 pm. The festivity will continue with entertainment at 3:00 pm in the courtyard.

  2. The resident’s authorized members are advised to contact the community’s reception to schedule meeting with their loved ones at the designated outdoors area or the resident’s room. Visitations not to exceed more than 2 visitors per visit, max 3 times a week for one hour per visit.

  3. The food and beverage consumption are paused during the visitations.

  4. Package Drop-offs: from 8:00 am- 5:00 pm: We understand Family members would like to bring packages like food, clothing, personal or cultural items to their loved ones, especially during the holidays. Please label packages with room # and drop it off at the main entrance. Notify the attendant if delivering any medications or supplements that need to be centrally stored at the Med room.

  5. Outings –for the medical or compassionate reasons are allowed. If a resident does choose to leave, upon their return the facility may implement any precautions that would be necessary for everyone’s safety, including COVID Test and or 14-days isolation.

  6. The visitation criteria may change depending on the new onset of COVID-19 cases in the community in the past 14 days.
