Get Dancing For A Happier and Longer Life
According to the Arts Council, participation in dance has increased a staggering 83% over the last four years. A person's risk for heart attacks can be decreased extensively by dancing 30 minutes for five days a week. Here at Coronado Retirement Village, we have some residents that are coming upon the age of 100 quite quickly, yet they are the most active on our dance floor. People tend to say age is just a number, and that goes for the those who throw their walking canes to the side and will do the Anniversary Waltz better than any 20 year old in town. Cheers to a long healthy life of the "Cha Cha" and the "Twist and Shout."
